Title VI Non Discrimination Policy
CARTS operates its programs and services without regard to race, color, national origin or disability in accordance with Title VI of the 1964 Civil Rights Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990.
Any person who believes that he or she has been aggrieved by any unlawful discriminatory practice under Title VI or the ADA may file a written complaint with us. Click here for the complaints procedures and form. Please provide all facts and circumstances surrounding your issue or complaint so we can fully investigate the incident. Any such complaint must be in writing and filed with this agency within 180 days following the date of the alleged discriminatory occurrence.
